Why use 925 sterling silver?
Our jewelry is crafted with 925 sterling silver, made from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloyed metals. This ensures a strong and durable piece that maintains its luster, making it ideal for both daily wear and long-lasting elegance.
Order
Can I cancel/update my order or change my shipping address?
We prioritize dispatching orders quickly, which limits our ability to accommodate cancellation requests or order changes. For assistance, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
I did not receive an order confirmation or an order number?
You may have unintentionally entered a typo in your email or utilized an invalid email. Kindly email us your Full name, Post code, and another email so we can locate your order and re-send your confirmation.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Support team will reach out to you with an update within 24-48 hours (so keep an eye on your inbox!). Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns from the EU, a return shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund, and for other countries, a $30 return fee applies. The return window begins from the day your shipment is delivered or picked up.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• All original packaging (tags, box, and pouch) must be included.
• Items purchased as part of a set must be returned together.
• Lab-grown diamonds must include their SCS certification.
Non-returnable items include:
• Engraved and monogrammed products
• Earrings used during piercing appointments
• Gift cards
• Jewelry Care Kits
How do I return or exchange my purchase?
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at contact@aurelior.com, and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

What are the shipping options and rates?
We offer international shipping with both standard and express options:
• International Standard Shipping: USD 7.50 (Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days)
• Free International Standard Shipping: On orders over USD 150 (Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days)
• International Express Shipping: USD 18 (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
• Free Express Shipping Upgrade: On orders over USD 250 (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
How long does delivery take?
The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:
• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping time: Standard delivery (7-10 business days) or Express delivery (5-7 business days)
Please note, customs clearance may delay shipments to some countries, and delivery times may extend to 15 days in rare cases.
Do you offer international shipping?

Do you have warranty?
At Aurelior, we’ve got you covered with our 2-year warranty. From the date of purchase, we’ll take care of any issues related to material defects or craftsmanship.
Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using responsibly sourced materials, ensuring every piece is built to last. We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer this 2-year protection. However, please note that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or wear from regular use (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper care, or any modifications made by third parties outside of Aurelior.
How do I take care of my jewelry?

How do I use my polishing cloth?
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Be sure to wash your hands afterward to remove any remaining cleaning agent.
It’s normal to see a dark residue on the cloth—this means it’s doing its job! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent that picks up dirt, oil, and other residues from your jewelry. Avoid washing the polishing cloth, as this will reduce its effectiveness. Keep it out of reach of children
