What is the Return Policy?

Please review the return guidelines below to determine if your purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns from the EU, a return shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund, while a $30 return shipping fee applies to all other countries. The return window begins on the day your shipment is delivered or picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
• Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for a refund, store credit, or size exchange; the complete set must be returned.
• For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included.

Non-returnable items include:

• Engraved and monogrammed products
• Earrings used during a piercing appointment
• Gift cards
• Jewelry Care Kit
