We offer international shipping with standard and express options. Prices and delivery times can be found below:

• Switzerland Express Shipping - Free
• International standard shipping – CHF 7.50
• International Express Shipping – CHF 18

Delivery times are average and may vary depending on the destination country. Your order will be processed from either our Asia Pacific or EU warehouse, depending on availability and location.

Delivery times:

Please note that the total delivery time consists of processing time, manufacturing time and shipping time.

1. Processing time : Your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).
2. Production time : It takes about 20-25 working days to make your ring.
3. Shipping time:
1. Express delivery: 2-5 working days after dispatch.
2. Standard delivery: 5-7 working days (on average) after dispatch.

The total delivery time for your ring is approximately 30 days . We thank you for your trust and patience so that we can deliver you a piece of the highest quality!

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners. Peak periods and unforeseen events may affect these times.
• Most of the jewelry is made to order and usually takes 20 working days to complete.
• For specific products, please check the individual product pages for estimated completion dates.
• We currently do not ship to India and China.
• International shipping is only available to customers outside Australia.
