What is the return policy?

Please check the return policy below to see if your purchased items are eligible for return. We offer free returns within 30 days for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and EU. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns from the EU, a return fee of CHF 20 will be deducted from your refund, while for all other countries a return fee of CHF 30 applies. The return window begins on the day of delivery or collection of your shipment.

Conditions for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
• Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (labels, box and bag).
• Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for a refund, credit or size exchange; the entire set must be returned.
• For laboratory-grown diamonds, the SCS certification must be included.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Engraved and monogrammed products
  
• gift cards
• jewelry care sets
